    — Business Head

    The Co-Founder and Business Head of 22by7, Sudhir has 14+ years of experience & expertise in managing Business Development, Sales, Account Management & Sales-Support Functions essential to Sales Force productivity.

    His responsibilities include Sales Planning, Sales Reviews, Sales Process Optimization, Sales Training, Sales Program Implementation, Sales Compensation Design and Administration as well as Interface with Principals & New Product Alignment.

    He ensures that all 22by7 Sales Organization Objectives are assigned & met in a timely fashion. He directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives.  He also enables peer support and internal- relationships with other key management personnel & stakeholders.

    Sudhir’s role is the most crucial in ensuring 22by7’s competitiveness, survival and growth through:

    • Sales Forecast
    • Achievement of Sales Revenues, Profit, and Strategic Market Objectives of 22by7
    • Thorough implementation of Sales Organization initiatives.

    Vinay possesses in-depth knowledge on Information Security Solutions, Security Assessment & Audits, and Security Policy Review & Development.

    Bharath comes with a prior hands-on experience in Pre Sales & Post Sales which helps him understand the customers’ real pain points, execution bottlenecks & practical challenges while implementing the Business Continuity Practice for 22by7.

    Amar comes with a hands-on 10+ years of rich experience in the Information Security domain. His hands on experience makes him a great Solutions Architect in providing Info-Sec Solutions.

    Amar manages a dynamic 20 member team that handles Project Management, Designing Information Security Solution Architecture for Enterprise Clients, preparing the Plan of Action (PoA), Scope of Work (SoW) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) documents, Pre and Post Sales Engineering, Deploying & Troubleshooting Security Products, and Coordinating with Principles & Clients.

    Amar’s passion is to develop his team members’ capabilities in order to create the strongest and the best Technical & Assist teams in the country.

    He has significant experience in evolving Business Plans, identifying financial risks and opportunities & in organizing strategic investments including Valuations, Due-diligence, Deal Structuring and Closing, raising Short-term Funds from Banks/Financial institutions for Working Capital requirements.

    He has experience & insights in setting up infrastructure, systems & processes to streamline day-to-day operations of the company. This includes implementation of SAP covering the entire business lifecycle – i.e. Sales, Support, Finance and Operations.
